Fiber Laser cutting technology delivers world-class quality and consistency in metal cutting. Our 6,000 watt fiber laser can cut ferrous and non-ferrous metals with ease in thicknesses up to 1” for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Alternating transfer tables hold sheets up to 60” x 120”, and allow for loading and unloading while the machine is cutting.
In this video, we’re cutting a 0.187” thick steel mounting bracket for a piece of industrial cleaning equipment. We ship 500-1000 brackets per release throughout the year. This particular bracket shown is made of cold rolled steel, and is cut to a tolerance of +/- 0.003” on all dimensions.

Lead time for laser-only parts is 5-10 days depending upon material and the quantity of cutting. An instant receipt is generated and the Order Acknowledgment will be emailed confirming delivery.

Typical tolerances on a lasercut parts are +/- 0.005”. Tighter tolerances can be held but contact us directly to discuss first.
