WELDING AND FITTING
As part of our extensive secondary operations, we have certified welders and fitters who
provide a full range of services including MIG/TIG, stick, spot and seam welding.
An optional planisher for increased weld strength is also available.
Welding services are also available for many less common welding
materials such as aluminum, copper and stainless steel.
Automated fixturing is available for production applications of
assembled parts.
STAMPING
To handle a wide range of requirements, we have five OBI mechanical presses for blanking,
hole punching and forming. Additionally, 2 hydraulic
deep draw presses are used for producing pre-formed shapes for spinning or finished
drawn parts. |

FABRICATING
We can satisfy your final parts specifications using "in-house" capabilities
and qualified subcontractors. Some of the more common operations include:
• Finishing, grinding and polishing
• Horizontal & vertical sawing
• Punching & extruding
• CNC milling & drilling
• Square and circle shearing
• Rolling
• Bending
• Beading
• Plating
• Painting and powder coating
FINISHING
In order to maintain close OD and ID tolerances, parts are trimmed to size after spinning.
When necessary, a beaded edge can also be added at this stage. From here,
parts continue on to be washed before undergoing final inspection. |
