Secondary Operations

E.H. Schwab has an extensive offering of secondary services which can be utilized in conjunction with our spinning and stamping capabilities or alone.

State-of-the-art secondary operations are critical in being able to produce complete parts, particularly those with difficult geometry and/or stringent tolerances above the metal forming industry standards.

Deep Draw Forming

Deep draw forming is done as a stand alone process for finished drawn parts or for producing pre-formed shapes for use in conjunction with metal spinning.

Welding

Our team of certified welders are capable of delivering a wide range of services, including MIG/TIG, stick, spot, and seam welding across a spectrum of materials including Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.

Stamping

We have a full compliment of Hydraulic and OBI press equipment capable of forming, blanking, punching, piercing, extruding and more.
