Part design is a critical element with regards to both the manufacturability and economics of a spun metal part.  Difficult part geometry or challenging tolerances can have a major impact on cost.  We don’t shy away from these challenges, but we provide feedback when we see an opportunity to make changes in non-critical areas that can reduce your costs.

Rapid prototyping is a relatively new but sometimes critical first step in the product development process.  We have developed partners for quickly prototyping new designs that can shorten the leadtime to development and keep down the cost
